Conditions of use and disclaimer
The Central State Office for Croats Abroad (hereinafter: the Office) guarantees that the data collected in the Registry of Croats Abroad (hereinafter: the Registry) will only be used for the purposes described in the questionnaire. In accordance with the Privacy policy and cookie policy the Office will not publish the user’s personal information nor will it transmit it to third parties without the explicit consent of the user. In case there is an interest from a third party (natural or legal person) in contacting a certain user, the decision to establish that contact will be left to the selected Registry user.
The Office is not responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the data provided by the Registry users. The administrators will regularly monitor the content of the Registry, icluding the examination of applications for objectionable content or malicious use of the Registry. All forms of objectionable content, false entry or hate speech will be eliminated and all the malicious users blocked.
